Modern teams drown in fragmented tools. Tasks fall through the cracks between Slack, Jira, GitHub, and calendars, while managers waste hours every week chasing status updates and sitting through meetings that could have been a quick audio briefing. The biggest blind spot is workload visibility: some team members silently burn out under crushing backlogs while others have empty queues, but nobody sees it until deadlines slip.
Built as a submission for the Dreamflow Hackathon 2025, Choreyy acts as an intelligent operations secretary. Instead of another complex dashboard to monitor, it analyzes active sprints and uses ElevenLabs to generate concise, two-minute morning voice notes. It briefs leads on what actually matters: which tasks are stuck, which members are overloaded, and where blockers risk the release date. A persistent AI assistant orb lets anyone query sprint health or find free teammates for code reviews in plain English.
To balance workloads without micromanagement, Choreyy introduces the ChoreyCoin task economy: team members earn credits by picking up extra tasks from overwhelmed peers, redeemable for real perks like extra time off. The frontend is built in Flutter for responsive web and desktop layouts, backed by Firebase and Node.js for real-time state synchronization, role-aware manager/member onboarding, and instant cross-platform briefings.
